Give Your Airplane a little more Protection
Nothing can damage a plane more than the elements. Take a perfectly good aircraft, leave it out in one hailstorm and watch your value drop with every "ding". Or how about those other pilots who taxi too close to your wingtips on the ramp. We have T-Hangars for lease and transient hangar space parking for rent. Just call us. We love aircraft and nothing makes us sadder than when your baby gets beaten up by mother nature.

While we have space available right now, we can't say it will last forever. We like to think the improvements we've made at the field will only serve to increase the number of pilots who call Lorain their home.

Some of these improvements include the new ILS, a brand new runway and a de-icing pad.

Coming in 2007

Johnston Aviation is planning to construct up to twenty four superior quality 40' x 50' Condominium hangars beginning in 2007. These hangars will be fully heated and super-insulated, and will offer such amenities as bathrooms, pilot lounges, and upper level rooms.
